These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our web pages located at https://immigratewithammy.co operated by AmyDeixe Global Consult.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use our Service.

By creating an Account on our Service or by buying any of our courses, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by reaching out via email.

 

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Course”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your sale at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order upon suspicion of a fraudulent, an unauthorized or otherwise illegal transaction.
We are currently unable to reverse processing fees and purchase of products are final.

 

All contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through our service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

 

5 Referrals & Affiliate Program.

ImmigrateWithAmmy has a referral and affiliate program that enables existing customers/ users to refer new users and subscribers.
Referral
You may earn a ‘referral bonus’ by referring other people to sign up on ImmigrateWithAmmy by sharing your referral link with them. If a new user signs up using your referral link you would earn a percentage(referral bonus) of the referred user’s earned profit. Referral bonus is 1% of all earned profits for one month from the date of first sale on ImmigrateWithAmmy. NGN 50,000 (Fifty Thousand Naira) [equivalent to $100 (One Hundred Dollars)] is the maximum Referral bonus that can be earned from one referral.
Subscription affiliates:
You may apply for an affiliate code on ImmigrateWithAmmy, and when someone uses your affiliate code to subscribe to any of our courses , you get 10% of their first subscription fee payment and each subsequent subscription payment for 6 months if a monthly subscriber.

 

  1. Code of Conduct
  1. Users are expected to abide by the following Code of Conduct guiding our community:
    • Illegal Activity: We prohibit any form of use of ImmigrateWithAmmy platform for any illegal activity. You are not allowed to use our Platform to engage in any kind of conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from Portugal, the US, Nigeria, or your country).
      In the instance of any illegal activity, such activity will be investigated and the law parties will be bound by may differ depending on the peculiarity of the case and at our sole discretion.
    • Fraud: We have zero tolerance for any form of fraudulent activity or transaction including but not limited to Money Laundering.
    • Bad Code: You shall not use the ImmigrateWithAmmy Platform to transmit, distribute, send, etc. viruses, worms, or any other code that may be deemed dangerous, harmful, or destructive in any manner
    • Spamming: You shall not use the ImmigrateWithAmmy Platform to engage in any activities that will result in sending spam to anyone on the ImmigrateWithAmmy Platform, including ImmigrateWithAmmy (and its employees), Partners, Subscribers, and Purchasers
    • Respect: We encourage users to be civil and respectful at all times
    • Exploitation: You shall not use the ImmigrateWithAmmy Platform to try to gather personal information on anyone, outside of the limited permissible uses for offering your Content
    • Impersonation: You shall not impersonate anybody including ImmigrateWithAmmy, AmmyDeixe Global Consult.. any of its employees, users of ImmigrateWithAmmy or members of the general public.
      Upon discovery of impersonation,we reserve the right to deactivate the infringing account immediately.
    • Data Mining or Bots: You shall not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; and
    • Use Other Than Intended: You shall not use the Platform or any content contained on the Platform for any purposes other than intended.
  2. Upon violation of our Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to delete a user’s account and Content from the ImmigrateWithAmmy Platform. Whether conduct violates our Code of Conduct will be determined in ImmigrateWithAmmy’s sole discretion.
  1. Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You shall be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or AmmyDeixe Global Consult cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
A valid payment method, including debit card, credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide AmmyDeixe Global Consult with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Upon failure of automatic billing, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
In the event that you discontinue your paid subscription, you will no longer have access to all the paid features on the Service.

 

  1. Fee Changes

AmmyDeixe Global Consult, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify service fees for the various services offered. Any fee change shall become effective at the end of the subsisting Billing Cycle.
AmmyDeixe Global Consult shall provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect shall constitute an implied agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

 

  1. Currency Conversion And Payouts

For currency conversion and payouts to merchants/service providers, we are not obliged to pay merchants above the CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria) rate, however, to ensure a more favorable business relationship for both parties, we are committed to working with the available competitive rate(s) at the time payment is made by the purchaser. This may however defer slightly occasionally.
Please note that payment gateways may be changed from time to time at our discretion.

 

  1. Chargebacks

In the occurrence of a chargeback, you shall be liable to an additional $15 (or the local currency equivalent) charge.

 

  1. Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for courses purchased successfully on our platform.

 

  1. Prohibited Uses

The courses you buy may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use the information in our courses:

  1. In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
  3. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
  4. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  5. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  6. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you shall not:

  1. Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service.
  2. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Service.
  3. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  4. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of Service.
  5. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Service.
  7. Attack Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  8. Take any action that may damage or falsify Company rating.
  9. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.

You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion without any form of liability.

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AmmyDeixe Global Consult and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AmmyDeixe Global Consult .

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.
You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims on the infringement of any Content found on and/or through Service on your copyright.

In the event that your account with us is terminated or you discontinue your paid subscription, you will no longer have access to all the paid features on the Service, consequently, your customers will lose access to features that are exclusive to paying members only/subscription-based products.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal and Nigeria without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.
